Hojení chronických ran v závislosti na zlepšení mikrocirkulace pomocí léčby metodou MDM

Mesodiencefalická modulace je neinvazivní elektrofyziologická metoda, která je používána již od roku 2007 a je založena na stimulaci

centrálního nervového systému definovanými elektrickými podněty. Cílem práce bylo navázat na klinickou zkoušku s názvem „Použití

mesodiencefalické modulace (MDM) pro zlepšení mikrocirkulace v tkáních“, která byla provedena ve FN Motol, Praha (zahájení 12. 4. 2010,

ukončení 2. 7. 2010, cross-over, dvojitě zaslepená, randomizovaná klinická zkouška), a to formou navazující follow up studie. Cílem této

studie bylo ověřit, zda při ovlivnění mikrocirkulace v periferních tkáních pomocí léčby metodou MDM dojde ke zlepšení zdravotního

stavu pacientů trpících chronickou ránou.
