Familial combined hyperlipidemia

Familial combined hyperlipidemia is the most common genetic hyperlipidemia with a high risk of early atherosclerosis manifestation.

Authors of the review present current knowledge concerning to prevalence, etiology, pathogenesis, laboratory findings, diagnostic

criteria, clinical manifestation and management of familial combined hyperlipidemia.
