Generika a jejich postavení v léčbě, rizika záměny v lékárnách

Postavení generik v léčbě je často diskutovaným tématem. Lékaři různých oborů si nejednou kladou otázku, zda jsou stejně
účinná a bezpečná pro jejich pacienty jako originální léčiva. Cílem článku je tematické shrnutí, od počátku, tedy vývoje generika,
s vysvětlením některých nejasností, která produkci kopií obestírají, až po praktický dopad na léčbu pacienta na úrovni
současného poznání.

Generics and their therapeutic position, the risk of substitution in pharmacies
Therapeutic position of generics is frequently discussed. Physicians of various fields often question whether they are as effective
and safe for their patients as the original drug. The aim of the article is to summarize the problematics, from the development to
the practical impact on disease management in accordance with current knowledge, with an explanation of some ambiguities.
